Punishing adult variables:
* the attitude and psychological state of mind of the adult.
* the physical size and strength of the adult in relation to the student being punished.
* whether or not the child is being hit out of anger or revenge.
* the existence of any psychosexual issues that may be stimulated or reinforced by administering physical punishment.
* the amount of force used when striking the student.
