Mrs. Bracey-Wright said she had never seen the witness before.
The witness:- I know Mrs. Bracey-Wright called upon me. Once seen, never forgotten. In answer to questions in cross-examination, the witness said that her boy underwent a serious operation at the infirmary and that Dr. Keats was a thorough gentleman.
Mrs. Carrington, the mother of one of the boys punished by the plaintiff, said that Mrs. Bracey-Wright called upon her and asked her to sign a petition against Dr. Keats. She told the defendant that she approved of what Dr. Keats bad done to her boy and that it was no more than she would do herself.
This concluded the evidence for the plaintiff.
Mrs. Bracey-Wright then opened her case to the jury. Mr. Bracey-Wright also addressed the jury, and some evidence was given on behalf of the defendants when the hearing was adjourned,
