A CAMBERWELL DOCTOR’S LIBEL ACTION: RESULT.
KEATS v. BRACEY WRIGHT AND ANOTHER.
(Before Mr. JUSTICE BRAY and a Special Jury.)

After a hearing which lasted five days the trial of this case was concluded today in favour of the plaintiff. The action was brought by Dr. W. J. C. Keats, the medical superintendent of the Camberwell Infirmary. against Mrs. C. A. R. BraceyWright and her son, Mr. W. H. C. BraceyWright, to recover damages for alleged libels contained in an election address issued by the defendants in support of their candidature for election to the Camberwell Board of Guardians, and in an accompanying leaflet.
