Those teachers that finally ended up in court, like Guise and West, had been spanking to those above rules for years, and were never punished for it. Indeed, they had been breaking the rules, and punishing girls bare-bottom for years too, but only with the absolute permission of the girl’s parents first. Their comeuppance only happened when their perversions, boosted by confidence inflated by years of success, demanded even greater levels of humiliation and pain for their young victims. When this happened, their victims were so distraught, that they over-came social norms, and took legal action against the school and the teacher.
