Nothing on the desk or in clear view so hunted around in his cupboard looking for the slipper. I found these enormous gym shoes which were definitely a size 12 or so but also with an inch and a-half thick soles and weighed about three pounds each. He can’t be thinking of using those to slipper me I thought he must have another shoe he uses.I couldn’t find anything else in the room so I waited and wondered what was coming.
