One thing about that very painful slippering, was that a very attractive girl gave me a very sympathetic look after she had seen me in some distress. Sadly at that age I was too shy to speak to girls. She also used to brush up against me in lessons like biology and chemistry where we had to work in groups. But again I never quite had the nerve to say much to her.

Oh dear. She moved on to better things ( well maybe). I do remember her getting a detention, and she was the one with the distressed face.
