A lot of UK people are concerned about the behavior of School Pupils around 4 pm time.
Its getting so bad in some areas that Community Police are being drafted in to maintain “order” around McDonald’s, and other places where the troublemakers congregate.
It just seems that the huge crowds of pupils go wild as soon as the bell goes.
They surge out into the street swearing loudly, fighting ragging and spitting, and chucking litter and gum all over the place.
Their uniforms are dusty and filthy, and their plastic shoes are horrible.
