I wonder if it was a motherly thing to be spanked by a female teacher. I only had female teachers during my primary schooling and my first few teachers spanked over the knee with their rulers. It wasn’t until the fifth grade that I received my first bending-over punishment and my teacher gave me six whacks with her ruler while I was bent across her desk. I will always remember having butterflies with a tinge of excitement when I was standing at my desk and waiting for the command to come forward to receive my spanking.
