The case of Fiona Phillips is clearly one of child abuse rather than one of legitimate discipline and the teacher should be hanged by the testicles until dead.
As far as prosecutions are concerned, these have tended to occur only where males have punished girls with the girls’ skirts raised.
The oft-repeated (and never refuted) claim is that there has never been a reliable report of a male teacher whacking a girl’s unskirted bum in circumstances that didn’t lead to prosecution.
If the headmaster was the kind of pervert who would only spank the girls and often picked on the pretty blond girls like Fiona to slipper, he’s probably also the kind that would have pulled up girls skirts and taken down their knickers to spank them.
Also, I was interested to see that the doubters on here admit that girls were often smacked on the bottom by male teachers at school.
