I will never forget being in first year, and I’d forgotten my swimming kit and had to report to Mrs Lukeman, she immediate hit me across the back of my legs, I never forgot my kit again.

Does anybody remember her. If you stood out of line or she heard you talking, you had to go to her class, and she would slap you really hard on the back of the legs. It would bring tears to your eyes and the mark was there all afternoon.
