I think the Nanny Program on TV has also had a lot to with it educating ignorant parents at the end of their tether what they were doing to wrong to provoke tantrums.Its pathetic that these tacky measures were required before the shame of culturally sanctioned child beating could come to an end.It also shows how weak the herd are and how they cow to the majority uber thought in these matters.Its now a very boring society!However before this happened I did unfortunately witness a few nasty incidents.These would have been around the time 1990.Nothing bare bottom but unpleasant all the same.The first was in the playroom of a Cross Channel Ferry!The plastic ball section.
