The whole slippering probably took just over a minute when it should have been possible to do it in around 15 seconds. From my point of view, it made it more manageable and allowed me to enjoy the slippering. However, I was embarrassed when I left the room to find that Woods had waited at the door and tried to look through the keyhole because he wanted to watch. I asked him if he had seen anything and he said,’No’ but he had heard everything. I don’t think he was very impressed with me and I tried to explain why I had made so much noise when we discussed the slippering afterwards. If I had known that Woods had wanted to watch/hear me being slippered, I would have tried to remain silent.
