I went to Huyton With Roby Secondary School, its on Rupert Road- now its Knowsley Community College. In those days you really did as you were told and the teacher was the master. Our old music teacher Mr Harry Leader stood no messing around. When anybody got disciplined he would get out his jar of canes that were all different thicknesses.
