How many parents of older girls would have approved of bare-bottom caning by a man, if they had known about it. Especially administered with another man and a woman present as witnesses, not many, if any at all I think.
If the cane was used as punishment not many parents would have objected. Maybe not agreed with it, but would have gone along with it as the schools policy. Probably not argued against girls being caned on the bottom, some maybe even preferring it to hand caning. Even with skirt lifted and caned on the knickers, so long as a woman did it with NO men present.
