The only conclusion that I can arrive at is that Ms Thomas wasn’t so much a hard caner as she was a frequent one and what she might of lacked in quality and technique she more than made up for in quantity.
But of course,this does’nt imply that a Headmistress cannot possibly cane as hard as a Headmaster for,as I said earlier,if she has the technique and he has’nt,then from a schoolboys point of view,I know who’s desk I would’nt want to be going over!
So,who canes the hardest,Mister or Misses or would it be just as wise to avoid both?!
