The purpose of the present thread is not to have an argument about whether all this actually happened, but to discuss the morality of such possible events. I’m sure, for instance, that who may well have given up posting here, would nevertheless regard this as confirmation of his belief that the possibility of such things happening is a strong argument against school CP (whether or not it might have been effective in achieving its nominal objective of maintaining good order). But there might also be arguments that the particular rules here were too lax and that with stricter rules and effective enforcement of them then the use of CP might nevertheless be beneficial. (I mean rules for the application of CP, not classroom rules, of course!)
