I believe the feelings were connected with sexual arousal, that’s the most logical explanation for them, but they weren’t particularly strong or pleasant feelings and coupled with everything else I was feeling at the time – well, let me just say that I can’t entirely agree with Sarajane’s quote. I believe it’s probably accurate that most heterosexual males probably would have some sexual feelings if they found themselves in a situation where they were inflicting corporal punishment on a near-adult female as I did. But they were dwarfed, in my case, but a whole range of other conflicting feelings that meant I could hardly describe the overall effect as enjoyable. And perhaps there are teachers who wouldn’t have all of those other feelings – but I think that would be quite rare.
