Even in a school that paddles a lot of kids you will find at least one teacher who never paddles anybody.

In the schools I attended there were always teachers who did not paddle and they never had any problem maintaining discipline. They wouldn’t even send a kid to the office because they knew what would happen to that kid.

SCP is the crutch of a weak teacher or administrator.
