In the case of your children, they have the right to do exactly as they like, just as you do. Like you, they can do whatever they wish regardless of the damage or inconvenience to anyone else. Because they are your children, unless you choose to keep them under proper control (which of course you don’t) no one else is entitled to do so, and especially not some pervert school teacher who gets his or her kicks by beating their bottoms. It’s disgusting innit, all the kid did was kick the teacher and set fire to the classroom and they tried to cane him! Still, I soon sorted them out! Substitute ‘smashed the Headmaster’s teeth in’ or ‘took them to the European court of human rights’ for ‘sorted them out’ according to the intellectual level of the parent involved.
