The tribunal was entitled to conclude that order should direct that she was not to be disqualified from being a teacher in any school, in accordance with section 72(4). There was evidence that she had contributed to the good academic record which, in some respects, the school had, and the tribunal had decided it was unnecessary to bring her teaching career to and end provided that the management of any school in which she was a teacher was effectively in other hands.
Mr. Justice Fisher delivered a concurring judgment, and the Lord Chief Justice agreed.
