KEATS v. BRACEY-WRIGHT AND OTHERS

Dr. William John Charles Keats sued the defendants, Mrs. Charlotte Amelia Ramadia Bracey-Wright, also known as the Countess de Lormet, Mr. W.H.C. Bracey-Wright, her son, and Mr. William Hardwick, to recover damages for an alleged libel contained in an election address published by the first two defendants and printed by the third.
