In the first shop we found this nice red dress, which I tried on and came out to show mum. It fitted beautifully. Two other ladies, also in the changing rooms, said it was lovely, much to my embarrassment – especially as they were standing there in just their underclothes!
“How about a coffee,” said mum? “Okay,” I whispered, “ pick somewhere quiet.”
We soon found this little café in a quiet corner and mum ordered two coffees while I took a seat. It was then that I realised that this young lad opposite me was eyeing me up and down and smiling.
Oh no.
